Does the job
All in all, it works well. The bungee ball holders are quite handy, especially when you are on a plank over a giant bed installing fake beams and a ceiling fan.
It's a little flimsy. The leg frame was a little bent on arrival but cranking on it a little straightened it out.
Why not make it with a little higher weight rating than 25 pounds?
But as far as holding stuff bigger than my pocket. It's awesome.

Item works, but the holes don't line up ...
Item works, but the holes don't line up 100% on 2017 Ram. Close enough to fasten but if you are hoping for perfect alignment of the round fastener head within the round indent like the OEM you might be disappointed.
