Disappointing personal experience
Unfortunately MINICHAMPS 1/43 F1 models are not up to the high standards now set by SPARK. When I started collecting 1/43 F1 models, Spark were more expensive. Spark are now not only cheaper, but are of a much higher quality, and include the authentic liveries which Minichamps do not. Spark also regularly bring out models from every era of F1.
I regret my original choice.

One of the better examples
I was surprised by the accuracy of this model: other examples are dubious!

Not up to par yet
I don't know why Bburago chose a darker red (possibly close to the official Fiorano colour)as standard for their Ferrari road cars! This model lacks the fine detailing of the lamented Hot Wheels masterpieces (before Quality Control went totally up the Swanee). But it is reasonably accurate.
