Good but BAD
The cooler looks great, the one thing that makes this product bad is that the base of the pump is made out of very cheap plastic. It should be made out of higher quality metal. I tightened down four of the base screws and one side of the base snapped right off.....lucky the other three held firm.

Does not power 3.5" HDD, Tried three known* working 3.5" HDDs. The power adapter or the sata connection device is not able to power a 3.5" HDD. All three KNOWN* GOOD HDDs would slowly spin up and stop. I do not recommend this product, it does not preform the functions it clearly states to be able to preform. AVOID THIS PRODUCT!!

Video card working great.
Item arrived faster than expected, it was packaged very well. I promptly began dissembling my Alienware, removed my known BAD video card and installed this video card. After ensuring my Alienware was properly assembled, I turned on my system and it came right up, drivers still installed. I checked all of my settings, made sure the video card was seen in device manager and began running CPU/RAM/GPU benchmarks. Every benchmark ran as intended. I am very satisfied with this purchase.
