Drop Dead Fabulous.....

Drop The cover of this book is telling you a lie. It looks like some historical romance cover. This book is actually suspenseful, funny, well written, and then sexy and romantic. Drop Dead Gorgeous is the follow-up to To Die For. Just as the first novel in this series, this is told from the first person perspective of the main character Blair. She is really funny, and quite entertaining. You will enjoy the relationships she forms with people throughout the book. There are some scenes that are so hilarious… For example, there is a scene where she is locked in a police car; I won’t tell you what happens, but when you read it, then you will know why I am laughing right now. Also, it was nice to find out how the relationship with her re-united love interest has progressed. You didn’t expect To Die For to have a sequel, so as far as you knew, that was the end of the story. As in the first novel, you will never guess “who done it”. That alone is something to look forward to. Oddly enough, even though the ending of this story is indeed complete, now I want to read a book three. You will thoroughly enjoy this. Read it or listen to it on audiobook format, you will enjoy the time you’ve dedicated to the task.

Interesting Story

I liked the story. Listened to it during a roadtrip. I didn't have to skip any boring parts. I had never heard of this book, until I saw it on ebay. Happy I made the purchase.

Great Read.... Fabulous Story Pace.... Cool "First Person" Narration Style

This was a very fun read. It was witty, suspenseful, romantic, and I enjoyed the personal modern-day form of a romantic fairy-tail experience narration. You didn't have to wait until chapter 15 before the story became interesting. The relationship is formed from the very beginning of the book, and you will greatly appreciate the pace. You get the suspense, the relationship dynamic, the humor, and the personality flaws and strengths. It is great that the female character is not always right in her decisions and behaviors, and she gets called on it. It is also great that the characters are forced to admit to the different levels of their good and bad feelings towards the one another, and yet they are still feeling vast amounts of love and affection. Enjoy!!!
