It almost tastes like chocolate
This is a low end hot cocoa at best. Yes, it is okay but far from a premium product. It's cheap and for a reason. If you enjoy a hot cocoa, this will only be "satisfactory" at best.

Excellent products
We buy their Nespresso pods and are delighted. Each different ones are fresh and flavorful. You have to send clear instructions on the order.

Good product
4 of 4 found this helpful It was put to work right out of the box. Does a good job. The only problem so far is finding replacement parts. The little brush tips wear out and I haven’t been able to find parts so far.
