Defective Item or Model.

The problem is the remote functionality. it only works for 10 minutes and have to reset it by removing the battery for 10 seconds and reinstalling the battery back. Then after 10 minutes there again. Keep on doing it again and again. Tried to replace a new set of battery also the same. Think it is defective.
