Mission Impossible to open the lid

I almost slaughed off my skin and break my finger bones in order to open the lid. It took me almost 30 minutes to open it and used all kinds of tools (ie. Scissor, knife, wrench, etc.) to open the lids on all the bottles. Now that the lid is damaged and my hand is in pain to finally had the lid open. I don't know why they made the lid so difficult to open. You still airtight something without making it almost impossible to open. After all there's no gold or Diamond inside the bottle so it does not need to be going through all kind of security systems and hardships in order to open just a.. lid! Also the smell is different than other mugworts. I'm not ordering it again

Smears like waters

The consistency is very thin and the eyeliner smears like water , very easily runs. Not good.

Not as advertised

It was not brand new because it was already opened then somebody super glued some whitepaper on top as if it's new and it took me a long time to try a take off the paper the glue with alcohol. The powder is a bad quality one too. It was not soft and refined as the one that I always bought from Macy.
