Great Model
Spouse loves this model so purchased this as a backup. Holds a charge well and feels more powerful than one in service for the past five years of the same exact model.

Perfect Original Part 38528-027 Belts for Hoover Legacy
2 of 2 found this helpful These are the original belts for Hoover Legacy Upright vacuum. For reasons I cannot begin to understand, Hoover has changed its 38528-027 belts for a new part number 38528-040 and it's a bad move; the new "...040" belts are smaller in circumference, are too tight, difficult to put on, and have reportedly created bigger problems (including burning out motors). I specifically searched for the Original Hoover Upright Belt #38528-027 (40201116 2 pack) because I refuse to use Hoover's *new* Replacement Belt # 38528-040, it's too tight.
