When all the big, important engines won't pull the toy train, the little engine does the job.

"Goofy's Mechanical Wizard" from 1952 is one of the most heartwarming Mickey Mouse stories, really starring Goofy. It's right up there with "The Wonderful Whizzix". Goofy invents a calculating machine that can't add but can predict the future, which is stolen by the bad guys. Well worth having.
