I made an offer that they and I can’t refuse.

Wonderful product, but they should put firmware update, CarPlay adapter software all in one place. They need A YouTube channel to explain all that you can do with the Stereo to get to the next level. Gps, Wi-Fi is included butTPMS, CarPlay Adapter, OBD2 Connector, front camera/rear camera, Steeringwheel control are not included and should be offered as a bundle. Getting all that will add over $200 to the price, but is a lot of capability for 1/3 the price of a top 5 unit. Has 4 USB ports!

Hardest part is the removal of car chair screw, head comes off easily, tongs bend easily

All in all it is durable. The plastic head does not stay on the mount. Have to jam it down. One of the plastic tongs bent a little. Good that there are spares. Most of the screws and hardware are not needed.
