Headphones are comfortable with good sound quality. Multi-point bluetooth is a plus as well. Condition was like new even getting refurbished. Having noise cancellation for the headphones themselves would make them 5 stars, as well as having better external noise filtering on the microphone. It still picked up more background noise than what would be desired.
