I'd use them again
My check engine light was on for a few years (my mechanic said it's a known problem but run it till you want since the code given wasn't an actual problem code) I sent the unit back while Jeep in the shop. Communication was perfect, it came back earlier than promised and the ECM works perfect now - no check engine light!
I'd use them again. Good job lads!

Wow, what a great computer!
Simple to use, easy to set up. Really don't care about the Red lights but hey, it's all good. I'm upgrading my video card so it's not as hard on my CPU and will have it's own 4GB video memory (listen to me, like I'm a pro - I just asked good questions!) so I doubt I'll need to upgrade the memory. I'm also adding a SSD so this thing will be tops. What a good price point what a great little unit for home.
