Ernie Ball strings
1 of 1 found this helpful I highly recommend any EB string, the 2146, which used to be called Earthwood, now called Slinky, delivers bright, solid sound. They were smart to change the name to Slinky, but it really doesn't matter. If you haven't played them, I think it's worth it to try at least a single pack and see what you think.

Dunlop Nylon
These picks don't break, they tips wear down after a while. After experimenting with a lot of different materials and thickness's, I ran into one of my favorite guitar players and asked him what he played. He said "the grey ones" and handed me a Dunlop Nylon .73. I opted for the 50 anniversary model because it has a slightly thinner point of attack. It is now all I play.
