Works for Benz S-class too!
This product was listed for application to an E-class Benz. I took a chance and bought it for a W140 S-Class. It worked out beautifully, the only difference being that the S-class OEM mirror contains an additional motor for folding the mirror in against the body electrically - a function I happily do away with, in exchange for such a good value. This was a lucky find!

Be very careful
Be very careful in buying one of these units. The nipples should be neither broken nor melted (mine were). There should be nothing rattling around loose inside the box (mine was). The bottom cover should be removed and the back plate of the motor inside should be removed, to look for evidence of burning and overheating. Make sure the return policy is in place, and preferably, buy the Square Deal warranty for one year, it costs about fifty bucks.
