Great height adjustability
I installed these for a friend, his main goal was to lower his Crv and not looking for any type of performance setup. We ultimately set the coils 1.5in up from the lowest setting. It looks great! Also to my surprise it rides surprisingly smooth, although if you take a corner/bump too fast it will rub. If he raised it another half in to 2in from lowest I think it would fix that. All in all, if all you're looking for is to lower your Crv these are a great option.
