  Item came in excellent condition and as described. Packaging with bubble wrap and packing paper was great to protect items. Shipping speed as expected for USPS Ground Advantage. Communication response time when I had questions about combining shipping was excellent. Seller said he would combine shipping for me for multiple items but just had to let him know when they came. Great seller and I would definitely buy from again!

  These were shipped and arrived super quick and were packed nicely in a sturdy box. They are definitely true to information provided in the listing. I like that the seller included photos of the full soles and a bit of the insoles in the listing. I am super pleased with this purchase. Birkenstocks are the only shoes that don't hurt my feet and I feel super blessed to have been able to purchase practically new Birkenstocks for a price that I could afford. Now I won't have pain.   Unfortunately my items were NOT in the original packaging as listed. "New: A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag." The shipping was fast and although the items where not in their original packaging appear new?

  These are how they come directly from the manufacturer. They do not come in RETAIL packaging (hence the "where packaging is applicable"). The only choice for beauty products is new or used, you don't get the choice of new open box with this category.
