  I got the item Thursday 10/10/24 and it was very poor packing. What I mean the item was not properly closed/sealed bottle lid was open and it spilled inside all over the box/package and only half of the black cherry fruit spread left. I immediately washed the bottle cause its messy. I am not satisfied with my purchase with this supplier. Next time make sure and check the items that everything is properly pack.

  Hi, while I do understand your concern and apologize for the spillage during shipment the package was packed properly as I aim to ship all items securely, the item was new with an unbroken manufacture security tab as depicted in the listing photo, to my knowledge it was sealed tight when shipped, accidents do happen, before leaving a negative review I would have gladly issued you a refund which you didn't even request, I will be issuing you a refund.
