  This is a a one of a kind eBay seller, a true rarity anymore. The item came well packaged and shipped fast with tracking provided and great communication. There was a slight problem with the item on delivery and the seller IMMEDIATELY made it right. A seller that goes this kind of extra mile is worth their weight in gold I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this seller again!

  Item was titled and described as TN830XL (eXtended Life) toner cartridge. What arrived very promptly was an ordinary one (TN830), for which seller's price was much too high. Reluctantly accepted offer of a $20 partial refund. Refund received promptly, but still left the item about 20% overpriced. At the time, accepting an inadequate partial refund seemed easier than the return/reorder hassle or haggling. On the plus side, seller shipped promptly and was responsive to communication.

  THIS WAS AN HONEST MISTAKE/OVERSIGHT ON MY END BUT THE BUYER KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THEY WERE BUYING IN THE LISTING VIA THE IMAGES AS YOU CAN CLEARLY SEE THIS WAS NOT AN XL CARTRIDGE. BUYER WAS REFUNDED THE DIFFERENCE AT MARKET VALUE AND STIL;L; WANTED TO HAGGLE ME FOR MORE MONEY. A $20 REFUND IS DEFINITE;LY NOT INADEQUATE BASED ON THE EBAY MARKET, ONLY BY THE BUYER’S GREEDY STANDARDS.

  This was a different keyboard placed in a box to make me think I was buying the keyboard pictured on the box but a totally different keyboard was in the box and the keyboard does not even have the same layout as the one pictured on the box, nor was it new. SCAM! Beware of this Seller. He now claims he sent the right keyboard and will not accept a return. I'm contacting Ebay.

  THIS BUYER IS A TOTAL LIAR! THE KEYBOARD I SENT WAS VERIFIED BY THE MODEL NUMBER ON THE UNIT AND MATCHED WITH THE BIOX AND WAS IN BRAND NEW OPEN BOX CONDITION. THIS TRANSACTION COMPLETED ON SEPT 2ND, AND CASE OPENED SEPT 24TH. BUYER HAD 3 WEEKS TO AQUIRE ANOTHER BEAT UP KEYBOARD TO SWITCH OUT WITH THE ONE I SENT. IT IS OBVIOUS IN THE IMAGES SHOWN BY THE BUYER. I WILL BE THE ONE CONTACTING EBAY AND WILL PROVIDE ALL PROOF NECESSARY. THIS WAS A $280 KEYBOARD AND I REFUSE TO BE RIPPED OFF THIS TIME
