  The condition of the boots are even better than they were described! They also smell like they’re been washed and the wool on the inside is fluffy, not matted like you’d expect with used UGGs. I have no idea how you clean boots but they did a great job! This is a very reliable thrift store. Shipping USPS, packaging was considerate w bubble wrap, sturdy box and lots of tape, boots as described, and excellent value! I also messaged the seller beforehand and they were responsive within a few hours.
