Straightforward overview
If you are hearing Sigma, Sigma, Black Belt Yellow Belt and ever wondered what are they talking about, then these publications are full of straightforward explanations of terms, time scales, who and why. They answered my queries and they stand out as a very worthwhile read for any one in trade, just wish more had adopted the system illustrated.

Much Improved product
I had a Brita Filter many years ago, and although it worked well the material became brittle and failed after little use. Having moved into this area the water quality is found to be very hard and unpleasant to drink, so in short order acquired this filter jug, which has made a dramatic difference. It is pleasing to notice that the utility of the product is easier than previous and the build quality is better and has a sturdier feel to the handle and spout.
Thus far very pleased.

Easy To use and does what it says on the box
Purchased in some haste had acquired drill but no charger !! have worked with several other makes, but this leaves them in the shade by a long..... long way, fast charge is really fast, very easy to use highly recommend this product
