  Negative Feedback ?? I am not sure why or how the post office would have charged you extra when the shipping was paid for before the order was shipped? I did however reimburse you for the extra shipping costs as soon as I was notified, actually that second. I have no idea how or why the USPS could even do that furthermore how any of that would cause me to have negative feedback, doesn't seem right especially when I shipped the cards using an eBay Envelope and used an eBay shipping label?
