Light with some very dark clouds, ends well though
The Nightfly should be in everyone’s collection, easy going but intelligent lyrics, there are the love songs and there are a couple of more edgy songs that infer violence by corrupt types in paradise, regardless of where the song is going the album is upbeat in a very cheesy 50/60’s America style, Donald Fagen is a master of understatement, this is made clear as the album only lasts 39 minuets and finishes off with a light hearted number to get rid of the bad taste lest by the menace of the penultimate song, it’s not The Dan but it’s just as clever and easy to love, show it some love and let it into your life, your ears will thank you for it

More camera for your money than I was expecting.
2 of 2 found this helpful This camera is better than I could have hoped, the picture quality is a vast improvement on my previous camera (Canon 400D) with almost double the mega pixals. The function buttons are very similar in their positioning so getting used to its functions was simple, the addition of the LCD screen and video is very welcome although the video clip size is limited to 4GB and so for longer video clips you have to adjust the settings to lower quality, this is not really noticeable though it does mean that video is in 4:3 and not 16:9 format, this is the only slight downside that I have come across and to be fair it is primarily a stills camera not a video camera.
All in all this camera does everything and more that I want and need it to do and for the money it is a bargain.

At first glance yet another Devo compilation with the obligatory awful Whip-it, but this digs much deeper finally
This compilation is slightly different from many Devo compilations, it covers the first five albums but also has B sides that are usually overlooked, the version of Social Fools is not the usual single version, it’s a much better version, faster and sung with more energy and enthusiasm just as it was meant to be, also this version of Social Fools has never been available on CD because it’s owned by Stiff, there is also the wonderful 12” version of Peek-A-Boo another song that is not previously available on CD
