It's a silly bit of tat
I quite like these, though the first models with an ultraviolet light were better, because they mainly rely on one's imagination to work best. As collectors' items the packaging is good. Though "who" wants a toy forever out of reach?

It's really great fun
For cosplay and theatrical uses this is excellent. The little touches - like the hologram - are ace, but should anyone be dumb enough to even think about attempting to use it for real! Let's just say they're very different from the real thing.
I just think they're hours of fun (used sanely).

Wear your shield with pride.....
...this is a superior product. The leather is durable, the layout excellent and fits an oval badge perfectly. Particularly for those of LAPD issue.
The cost is so reasonable even I'm impressed! Featuring a secure belt clip and neck chain, to be used as suits.
