Love these!
I get similar results with the Black Honey Masks as I do with the Original. Decent fit, with excellent hydration and temporary firming. Skin is a bit sticky to start with after masking, but eventually dries dry smooth and soft. I’m a fan of the Papa Recipe honey scent.

Solid, affordable choice
I am a fair-skinned black woman (think Journey Smollett) who tans to a warm “beige”. This sunscreen provides good coverage for me with little to no white cast. I know it’s working because my face is still it’s “winter color” while my arms and legs are not. I use a compact sponge to press 3 fingers worth into my skin. Using the sponge ensures it penetrates without leaving the white cast. At first, it dries matte, but as the day goes on, my tzone does start to shine. That and the fact that the package is small is why I gave it an average rating. I still have repurchased this several times.

1 of 1 found this helpful I love the FCAS so much, that I always keep a backup in my skincare stash, because I don’t want to be without. (S/N: it’s hard to tell when you are almost out because the bottle is opaque and heavy. An empty bottle still feels nearly as heavy as a full bottle). Using my first bottle was a bit tricky. It did not give noticeable results when I actually used it as a first step. For reference, my skin is oily/dehydrated. I almost thought it was a YMMV that did not work for me. Then, I decided to use one layer of hydrating toner BEFORE the FCAS and it changed the game. One skin layer+ FCAS+ rest of skin and essence layers. By the time I finished the bottle, I had achieved that lit from within glow. It has proven to be worth the price, and this purchase was my fourth bottle. So if you try it and aren’t quite feeling it, try adjusting where you place it in your routine, and give it another go. The scent is herbal and I grew to love it.
