Very fine quality and workmanship
Works well when warm, after it gets cold the rubber gets hard and hinders the grip on the arrow. I had to put a C-Clamp on it to help grip the arrow, however this is a small price to pay to save an arrow and components. A small c-clamp is easy to carry! I will be putting a couple of pins into the frame to allow easier opening of the jaws for convenience and simplicity. Also a rounded base would be better for arrows at an angle to the face of the target. I am nic-picking at what would make slight improvements, but the arrow jack works better than any other product out there and I have yet to damage an arrow with it. All in all I am very pleased with this arrow removal tool and would recommend it. It allows me to shoot targets that will last a long time and STOP MY ARROWS!! I am a machinist of 46 years and appreciate the workmanship put into this product, as I am a stickler for finish on any product!

Not as advertised
The problem is they do not tell you the synchronization with the sound (decoy moving when the caller emits sound) only works with the 400 and not the 100. You have to turn it on and let it turn on and off on its own. The ad said works with both 100 and 400!!!!!
