Exactly right
I was looking for a way to put floor receptacles in my woodworking shop in a manner that sawdust wouldn't clog the openings. Most floor receptacles are flat to the floor; I wanted a riser. The local electrical supply stores had none--didn't even know what I was talking about. Really? So I turned to ebay. And voila! here they were. It seems this product is a model no longer produced by Walker, but there is nothing wrong with them. The receptacles are spec grade, super heavy duty, and the housing is cast aluminum and very solid. These units are designed to be installed where there is an underfloor raceway. My shop floor has a gutter with a plywood cover so I will be able to install these anywhere along that gutter that is convenient, and easily relocate them if needed.
Perfect. Highly recommended.

Excellent model, very fragile.
High level of detail, which, at 1:87 scale produces an equally high level of fragility. Be very careful assembling this product. That said, I am building a large industrial model and this product is exactly what I need.

Misleading description for an otherwise nice product.
The description of these items says "Zinc 14 parking meters..." leading one to believe they are metal. But the product is made of injection molded ABS plastic, that is zinc COLORED. Nevertheless, they are accurate, and will work well for my purposes. I'll just have to be more careful with them than if they were metal.
