Faulty, and so useless product.

supplier avoided help,so went to Vodaphone and then 3 days wait for Apple appointment
Both helpful butunable to open the phone in any way
Finally replaced
Was it advertised as Europeanmodel, if not why deliver to UK address with Europeanplug
MM not interested in Customer care
