Comparable to army issue
2 of 2 found this helpful Im impressed so far with the carrier. Straight out of the box looking it over checking the strength of the velcro i am very happy with the product. The only thing i dont like is there is no way to make the waist wrap stationary. Its just kind of floating. I would like to be able to make it solid mounted to the back of the carrier, so i will be brain storming and find a way to do so. I guess if you want the accessibility to take it apart and thoroughly clean it its a good design. Overall very happy and i will be recommending it to other friends.
