IMHO-Cheaper, excellent alternative to Toyotas' extraordinarily high priced replacement costs
Very happy to have found this solution. I had to use a cellphone repair plastic spatula I already owned (pencil-like tool) to get the plastic flange (on inside bottom of gasket) to go under all the way around the antenna mount, as hot water and/or pushing down at various angles didn't help. Once I decided to try the spatula after struggling with pushing down and hot water for maybe 15-20 minutes, the installation was completed in just a few minutes. It held up to an automatic car wash brush; so I don't think I will be having problems with it until it too hardens with age and cracks (I bought 2 for that eventuality!). Worked great on our Toyota Auris. I think it would be great if a spatula tool was included/offered to help with installation, But they're easy enough to find and inexpensive.
