burners had good safety guards on them to keep you from getting burn

the anti tip mechanism is very poor design it is too sensitive. you would light one burner and even the slightest bump when trying to light the second burner would shut of the first on. it got to the point that i could keep any of the burners lit i had to bypass the anti tip to be able to use the heater. other that that the burner worked great
