Well not pleased
1 of 1 found this helpful Looks like Plantronics but:
1. Plantronics software updater doesn't recognize it.
2. No voice commands at all.
3. No a2dp ie no media play
4. Much noise interference

A necessary program for informed consumers
It is an excellent program. To make it run you need to have some computer experience and enough power in your laptop.
