Better than the original
This was a replacement for a Bradley Smoker element which failed but actually had a fairly long life. The element was shipped promptly and arrived intact. Installation was via YouTubeVideos and went fairly smoothly. We immediately fired it up and had quick heat coming up to temperature easily. Since then have done a couple of smokes controlling the element with an Auber Inst. controller. I don't know why Bradley couldn't have done something like this originally. The installation of the original element was gummed up by years of smoking and that goes with it. I can see that if we EVER have to replace the Tempco it will be a piece of cake!

fit for purpose
These were to replace a dead NiCad for a power screwdriver. They both charged without problem and have held charge well. What else is there to say? They work
