Results were vastly superior to auger based stuffers. Best value out there.
The stuffer worked as promised and allowed me to case 10lbs of sausage in a few minutes. Much better and faster than using the Kitchen-aide auger style stuffer that tends to overwork the meat and completely smears the fat. The Hakka stuffer worked well with chilled, well mixed /tacky mince and the fat kept its distinct shape/profile giveing the finished sausage the desired profile. My dried salami looked great after hanging and the pieces of fat were nice and round and not streaky. Definitely a good value.

Simple to install, good value
All parts arrived as described and fit/worked perfectly. Engine now runs smoothly with good power and no bogging. Best $13 I've spent this year!
