Great build quality but trouble programming
They key looks and feels like my original. I was able to get it cut at an Ace Hardware, but they could not program it to open the locks.
I followed some Youtube instructions that appeared to be working but they did not program it and actually wiped the program from my original. Following some different instructions I got my original working again.
So the new one will open up my door manually but that is about it. It will start the car but because the immobilizer chip is also not programed, the car will kill after a couple seconds.
I plan to see if I can find a locksmith who can get it working.
