34 of 37 found this helpful So I purchased this about three months ago and it worked okay at first. BUT, the instructions were terrible and go to a different machine. A quick google search helped me set it up and start it. QUALITY? Aweful. Cheap. Made in China. I used it for my apparel business but it just broke after three months. I never leave reviews but felt I needed to warn other small business owners. After turning it to the right during use, it has completely stripped the screws that hold it to the base, making it unusable and unsafe. I have tried everything to keep it working, but it is done for. Waste of my money and a bad time to stop working as Christmas is less than a month away.
