book arrived in great condition
nice book, plan on using it to jump start some weight loss. my sister-in-law has the original book and thinks it is a great diet plan. hope this one works just as well.

Perfect for a car road trip
I like that you can fold it in half, sits on the seat next to me and holds all my "stuff". Great for car travel, I like that I can put things in there that don't roll around. The price was great. Love the side pockets.

Great for daily use
I had these pouches for years, and I use them to keep my vitamins for daily use. The older ones were made of a thicker plastic, but these are fine as well. Good value for the number of pouches.
