I asked for a resend and another remote was shipped out right away and was received quickly and was perfectly new in orig packaging.   Toothbrush handles arrived very quickly and were carefully packed. One handle was partly charged but the other handle had zero charge and showed no evidence of electrical “life” after an hour on the charger, so I assumed the handle was defective. I sent a message to the seller, who advised keeping the handle on the charger for 24 hours before concluding there was a problem. The seller was right—it took several hours for any of the charging lights to light up but it did fully charge. A+ seller!
