if you know what you want to do and how to do it, it's a great product.
The ease of installation and quality of the physical product are above reproach. The tech support is phenomenal if you like talking to a computer. If you try to make contact with a human being to actually have a question answered, you are out of luck. I find it amazing that companies stay in business when they only provide half of what is really needed.
