Believe the hype
5 of 6 found this helpful Arms keep falling down randomly. When switching out of tilt mode, sometimes, it still wants to tilt a little. Something internally isn't being caught or latching on entirely. Other than that, best computer chair I've ever sat in. Thought about returning and getting a brand new one but I'm very happy, so far...
