Good quality part, prints look great now. Straightforward installation.
All parts included, installation was fairly straightforward by carefully following a youtube video. No special tools required, just a phillips-head screwdriver. Prints were all smudgy before, but are crisp and well-fused now. Extended the life of my printer.
