IMO, shop from this seller at your own risk. My fault for not seeing the 90% positive feedback rating. Ordered 4 glass water bottles. Credit card charged, but no delivery, no messages, and no apologies from seller. Filed complaint with eBay. After a week, still waiting for supposed refunds to appear on credit card. Even if money is refunded, what about reimbursement for time wasted? Why is this seller allowed to continue on eBay? Again, IMO, both the seller and eBay should be chagrinned.

I ordered two of the steel water bottles one flask arrived with defective drinking spout. Emailed seller several times for a replacement spout. Never received a reply to any emails sent. The bottles are great and I do not wish to return them, just supply a new spout and I will be happy!!! Seems like more and more sellers like your money but don't give a rats azz about the customer or their product. Plus ebay doesn't do anything to stop this type of behavior, "show me the money" is all they care
