Scratches, and Peeling
Advertised as new, but has multiple scratches, and what appears to be a dent in the back of it, and a patch where it looks as if the outer layer of the case is "peeling" off. Not very happy to be honest.

Works to an extent
My 360 is ancient, so it had a very minimal effect, most likely damaged beyond full repair. The product in question however is excellent. More than enough of everything you need to do the job, and well written detailed instructions on how to do said job.
