    They saved my Christmas present to my grandkids. I had ordered a bounce house from another company, and my order was cancelled just days before Christmas. They got my order and got it delivered in two days! The bounce house is as advertised and is a great hit. It holds up to 800 pounds so all of my littles could have fun together. It is heavy because of the heavyweight material so have a couple people to help out. It was easy to inflate and ready to go so quickly.

    Signature required should be requested by the buyer. Not the shipper. I've had TONS of inflatables delivered to our address with no issues and dhl and other shippers offer contactless signature drop offs. Maybe try using a delivery service other than fedex.
