It has a headphone jack that allows you to monitor the sound directly, which is great for adjusting the levels and noise gate.
The stand it comes with is ok, its all metal with rubber tips on the legs .The mount of the stand is really good as it has a ring to screw the mic securely in place.
The carrying pouch is also good with soft material inside to protect from scratches.
Overall the microphone is great and easy to use. Definitely a good option for podcasts, video making and voicework. This is a basic level industry standard mic and works great with in a full audio setup with phantom power and an audio interface.
A pop filter is a must and consider also buying a boom arm to avoid any vibration keyboard noises.
