Amazing lens
5 of 5 found this helpful I'm a wedding and portrait photographer, and I typically use my Canon 24-70mm 2.8 USM II and my Sigma 70-200mm 2.8. I've been wanting to upgrade my prime lens because all I really had for portraits was my Canon 50mm 1.8. I was looking to upgrade to the canon 50mm 1.2 but had read a blog of 50mm lenses being compared to one another. It appeared to me that although this lens was a 1.4 the sharpness could not be beat. I already love my sigma 70-200 so I thought I'd give it a try. I not only saved myself a few hundred dollars but I was NOT disappointed. In the little time I've had this lens I've done an engagement session, three family sessions, and a senior session and it may be some of my best work. This lens is amazing!
