Great speaker for the money!
I am thoroughly impressed by the sound, the design, and the technology packed into this speaker! All those people out there who complain that it's not loud enough must be deaf, because this thing can really blast the tunes! Battery life is impressive and call quality is good as well. I haven't dropped it or run it in the rain/snow yet, but it looks and feels like it would fare ok in those situations. I'm definitely satisfied with my purchase!

Great and FAST!
I bought the old USB 2.0 version many years ago, and it always worked well for me. I have a more modern laptop now that has USB 3.0 and I wanted to take advantage of the increased throughput. I often connect customer harddrives to my laptop to transfer files or remove viruses, and now it gets the job done much faster. I can't say there are any negatives for this device because I have yet to discover any.

Excellent upgrade for your standard incandescent Mini Maglite!
2 of 2 found this helpful I am so pleased with the performance of this kit, and I wish I had purchased it sooner. The LED is blindingly bright and more durable than the old incandescent bulb (diodes do not have a wire filament to break or burn out like light bulbs) so it can withstand being dropped or bumped. Battery life is better as well, since an LED is more efficient at producing light. I will say that the LED module does get quite warm during extended periods of usage, but it hasn't been a problem for me. The included Nite Ize tail switch is high quality with a solid clicking action that doesn't feel cheap or fragile. I should also mention that I run my light with two 2700 mAh 1.2v NiMh batteries and it works flawlessly. Buy this kit!
