Strong Product Poor Customer Service
I like the product- quality high and the price was excellent. No problems with sotware installs and the junk software was kept to a minimum. No problems yet considering it is refurbished versus new. Wish it had better battery life. Customer sensitivity could have been higher- no phone contact on issues.

Good experience
The deck is good considering its age. There seems to be some speed slowness in the decks. The price was on the high end but the quality is better as well
