Not quite the right part.
It is the correct part. It has two oxygen sensor port when it should have only one. Also the parts kit does not fit my car. So I How to improvise the hook up for the converter to the engine and improvise the bolts and nuts that hold it together. Also it was difficult to hook up the oxygen sensor.
