1968 Topps Nolan Ryan PSA 8
3 of 4 found this helpful Topps brand baseball cards are a favorite to many! Nolan Ryan has legions of fans. You put the two together and the result is the 1968 Topps Nolan Ryan card which is unquestionably one of the most important cards from the 1960's! Demand for this card is strong .. especially for a high grade card like the PSA 8. Nolan Ryan is the reigning strike-out king and was a first ballot Hall of Famer. His legend continues to grow and he attracts new fans to the hobby .. and to "this card" .. which will be enjoyed for generations.

Classic Card Design
1 of 1 found this helpful Here we have a beautiful card design from the 1960's .. the 1963 Topps Baseball set. Card #200 Mickey Mantle features a nice portrait of Mickey Mantle and a small inset picture of him in a batting stance.
These cards tend to have several things to look out for:
1. Chipping along the green borders on the bottom.
2. Most cards are "off-center." From what I have seen only about 1 in 10 is truly centered top to bottom & side to side. "Centered" cards will bring premiums $$.
Generally you can pay less for an "off-centered" card then for one that is "centered." Be sure your getting a good value. On the other hand, If you find a "centered" card ... be ready to compete for it! It is very desirable!
Mickey Mantle is a figure from baseball history whose name is a household name! An iconic sportsman from the 1950-60's to be revered for all time.
Happy Bidding!
