Tenergy SubC 2200mAh 1.2V NiCd Batteries Cell For PowerTools Replacement w/ Tabs
    Dec 28, 2024
This set of 2200 ma NiCd cells replaced ...
This set of 2200 ma NiCd cells replaced the same type Tenergy cells we put in our 40 year old dust buster about 10 years ago. Those worked fine until a couple of weeks ago when their run time went to a few minutes. While replacing them we found 4 with near zero charge and 2 that had about 1.15 volts as removed. Our dust busters are NOT continuously plugged in. We use the machines until the batteries are almost exhausted, then charge at 500 ma one hour on-one hour off. for 4 cycles.
Oxygen Sensor-OE Style Bosch 15719 For Mercury Mazda Ford Lincoln 1999-2013
    Mar 29, 2017
Easier to replace than OEM sensors
Replacing oxygen sensors on 1997 and 1998 Crown Victoria, Mercury Marquis, and Town cars is a miserable job. The sensor units are fairly easy to get at but the wire connectors are up on top of the front of the transmission. Ford connected them, then built the whole car around them. You will shed your hands to pieces to get them separated in their OEM location. The Bosch 15719 oxygen sensor has longer connection leads than the Ford original oxygen sensors. Rather than trying to reach the sensor connector down behind the engine to un-clip it, you can simply cut off the old sensor wires. Then, haul the wiring harness up to the top of the back of the engine with a bent coat hanger and reconnect the new Bosch sensor. Then of course, tie wrap any excess wire length that could snag on something or come in contact with the hot exhaust pipe.
